“How do you feel?”
“I’m good, I feel fine. Just some adjusting to not going out to bars and restaurants, otherwise I’m dealing.” That’s my typical response.
Under the surface, I’m distracted. Some days I’m more focused than others. Some days, I’m able to focus on getting work done, doing more research about work, and feeling prepared for the next day. Other days, I exist.
But even through moments of stillness, of “existing,” I’ve learned to listen to my body even more.
Learned when it’s time to meditate. Time for yoga at home – time to stretch the body and get the blood pumping. This has been a combination of highs and lows, but introspective to say the least.
I hope you learned more about yourself.

I’m still learning. Certain days are tougher emotionally than others, both for the now and the uncertainty of my future (such as finding a job when this is over). But every day is a new one so we just get up and go again. Beautiful photo as always

Right, it’s like this fluid way of coping. We just can’t give up! Stay well, Robert, wishing you the best! And thank you 🙂
